2010 Bowling Tournament starts Jan. 30-31 in Newark

The 60th Annual Ohio American Legion Joseph A. Annick Memorial Bowling Tournament will be held at Valley Lanes in Newark, starting January 30th and run on concurrent weekends until finished.

Entry forms, housing information and other important information will be mailed to all 2009 Team Captains, Post and Squadron Adjutants, and other Key Legionnaires.

All entries must be received at Department Headquarters by Friday, December 4, 2009.

It is suggested that entry forms be returned as soon as possible if a preferred date is requested, however, not guaranteed.

Please Note

1. When registering, every bowler will have to show their 2010 membership card and/or a picture ID. Bowlers without the specified identification will not be allowed to bowl.

2. All bowlers, including subs, must have their 2010 dues recorded as paid at Department Headquarters by January 31, 2010.

If not, they will be disqualified and forfeit any prize to which they may be entitled, cash or otherwise.

3. The minimum age to enter the tournament is 18 as of Dec. 31, 2009.

4. Bowlers may only bowl once per category.
